BioSpherix, Ltd. manufactures small, clear plastic chambers that fit within incubators and have sensors to modify the oxygen levels within this small space. The company has agreed to supply the device with minor modifications that will allow the ECIS array holder to be used within this space. The leads would exit from the chamber with nearly airtight seals, and since the chamber works under slight positive pressure - oxygen levels would be precisely controlled. This device would allow one to make real time ECIS measurements as oxygen was changed from ambient to hypoxia or hyperoxia conditions. The chamber is also available with replaceable septums to allow introduction of syringed materials without opening the chamber door.
