Seeding Cells
Step 1:
fill the channel with 100 ul cell suspension
Step 2:
fill one reservoir with cell-free media; surface tension prevents flushing the cells from the channel
Step 3:
fill second reservois with the same amount of cell-free media to equilibrate the system.
